I'm facing tinybumps on my face I dont know why may be due to winter or dust.It's of the color of my skin first it is like bump or rash then it is like cracked cheeks and just like plastic it is itchy plus burning a bit but too much irritating to my face.

In Ayurveda, skin health is connected to both external factors, such as seasonal changes, and internal factors like diet and stress.

First, consider your diet. Pitta-related skin issues can be exacerbated by spicy, salty, or sour foods. Try to avoid these and focus on incorporating cooling foods like fresh fruits, especially melons, cucumbers, and leafy greens. Drinking aloe vera juice in moderate quantities might also help to soothe your skin. Aim for hydration with plenty of water, herbal teas, and cooling coconut water.

Your daily routine is also plays a critical role. Consider using natural, gentle cleansers for your face to avoid further irritation, as drying and harsh soaps might worsen the condition. Turmeric and sandalwood paste can offer some relief; you can make a paste with a teaspoon of turmeric, sandalwood powder, and a bit of water, applying it for 10-15 minutes before washing off with lukewarm water.

Additionally, try to manage stress by incorporating relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation. Stress can increase Pitta and worsen skin irritations. Regularly oiling the body with cooling oils, like coconut oil infused with a bit of Neem or Brahmi, may also benefit the skin.

If you do not observe any improvement or if the condition worsens, it is a must to consult a healthcare professional for a thorough examination. Direct contact with a dermatologist might be warranted to explore any underlying issues or prescribe appropriate treatment.
