Managing fibroadenoma along with tonsillopharyngitis and mental health concerns can be multifaceted, yet there’s valuable guidance within Ayurveda. First addressing fibroadenoma, it’s important to balance Vata and Kapha doshas which can be contributory. Including warm, easily digestible foods like cooked vegetables, soups, and spices such as cinnamon and ginger can be helpful. Reduce intake of cold, heavy, and processed foods to support Kapha balance. Applying warm castor oil locally may help with breast tissue. Do consult a healthcare provider to confirm the management is appropriate.

With tonsillopharyngitis, enhancing agni (digestive fire) is crucial. Gargling with a decoction of turmeric and salt in warm water can reduce inflammation locally.
