Hello.doctors..mein ye puchna chahta hoon ki.mein jab bhi thoda bahut oily khana khata hoon toh washroom jana pad jata hai kuch khata hoon toh pet me pachta nhi kuch ghante baad washroom jana padta hai toh kya mein liv52 madichine le sakta hoon ise lene se koi side effects to nahi honge matlab koi problem toh nahi hoga.?

Aapki sthiti ko dekhte huye, lagta hai ki aapki pitta dosha ka samaan antar is samay ho raha hai, jise hum ajirna ya avipak ho sakta hai. Iska matlab aapki digestive fire, ya “agni” thik se kaam nahi kar rahi, jo oily khane ko hajam karne ke layak nahi banati. Ayurveda mein, ye samasya gali, and pani ke kuch simple parmanu upaayon se sudhari jaa sakti hai.

Pehle toh, aapko apni khana menu mein teekha aur tambaktu masalonav bhi avashyakta kam karni hogi. Zyada teekha ya garam cheezein pitta ka asamaan kar sakti hai aur pet me jalan ya frekuent bathroom visits ka karan ban sakti hai. Koshish kariye doodh, dahi ya chashtak (buttermilk) jaise sheetal pradath manmohak khaye aur zavik tayari karein.

Rahe Liv52 tablet ki baat. Ye yakrit svasth aur puraan par prakrut dosho ko sudharne mein madadgaar ho sakti hai, lekin yeh zaroori hai ki aap ise lene se pehle apne swasth ka pura avlokan ek ayurvedic visheshagya se karvayein.
