I am really confused about whether we can drink mosambi juice during cold. Last week, I caught this nasty cold that's been going around. Symptoms were awful—like sore throat and this relentless runny nose! Ugh! My friends kept telling me to, you know, drink warm fluids and stuff, but then I remembered how much I love mosambi juice. It's so refreshing, right? But then I started thinking, I don’t wanna make my cold worse or anything. I came across some old articles that say vitamin C helps with colds, and mosambi juice is packed with it. But like, does drinking it while I’m sick do more harm than good? I mean, should I wait till I feel better or is mosambi juice okay now? Also, I read somewhere about how citrus can irritate the throat, but it doesn’t seem to bother me. I just don’t know if drinking mosambi juice during cold could help or maybe make it even more frustrating! Has anyone had experience with this? I hate being sick, and I just want to do things right!
