I am really curious about something that I've been dealing with. Lately, I've been feeling super hot all the time, like no matter what I wear or how I try to cool off, I just feel this heat inside me. A friend mentioned that I should try sugarcane juice, saying it really helps reduce body heat. I have no idea if this is true! Does sugarcane juice reduce body heat? Like, should I be drinking it every day or just sometimes? I tried some last weekend, and it tasted great but I didn't notice any big difference. I mean, I felt a little better for a while, but then I was hot again. It's confusing because our local market has this amazing fresh sugarcane juice, and I keep wondering if it’s actually doing anything for me. I read somewhere that sugarcane juice is cooling but does that mean it really reduces body heat in a significant way, or is it just a temporary fix?
