Seeking Permanent Relief from Dizziness and Nerve Pain - #39028

The problem sometimes occasionally i feel diziness or dim like feeling from cervical and I have c3 to c6 bulge issues specifically pressing my left nerves od the body and back shoulder pain passes through l3ft hand and arms from past 3 months and sometimes conscious breathing like feeling in dont know but pulmonologist told me it is allergic airway disease and but I am feeling this from past 3 months using allopathic tablets getting relief temporary I need permanent cure for all the above problems and also I have done all heart related tests (Ecg, 2decho, chest x ray, tmt) all are normal and cardiologist also said normal but y this problem i dint know please show me complete solution and complete body set right solution medicines.

Avoid sour, fermented and packed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap. Gufispon 2-0-2 Tab. Brahmi 1-0-1 Cap. Stresscom 1-0-1

Your dizziness and shoulder arm pain come from nerve compression in the cervical spine The tingling and weakness on the left side happens because the disc bulge irritates the nerves that supply your neck shoulder and arm The conscious breathing feeling is likely from anxiety and poor posture not from the heart or lungs as your reports all are normal

You need to focus on nerve inflammation correcting posture and calming the nervous system Avoid long sitting Take short breaks every 30 to 40 minutes stretch your neck and shoulders and sleep with a thin pillow Apply warm Mahanarayana taila to neck and upper back daily followed by application of hot towel Take Yograj guggulu 1-0-1 Arogyavardini vati 1-0-1 Dashamoola aristha 10-0-10 ml Ashwagandha aristha 10-0-10 ml Do bujangasana matsyasana Avoid forward bending or jerky neck movements Practic anulom vilom and brahmari Avoid cold processed food Long screen use With consistent posture correction yoga and ayurvedic support you can see improvement within 4 to 6 weeks

For dizziness and nerve pain related to cervical issues, Ayurveda focuses on addressing Vata dosha imbalance, as Vata governs the nervous system and movement. The pressure on the nerves due to bulging discs (C3-C6) might also amplify this imbalance. A multifaceted approach can help, starting with gentle adjustments to your lifestyle and diet.

To support spinal health, incorporate gentle yoga poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra pose) and gentle neck exercises; avoid any strenuous activity that exacerbates the pain. Regular, moderate movement can enhance circulation without stressing the spine further. Mindful breathing exercises, particularly Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), assist in calming the Vata and can ease conscious breathing sensations.

Diet-wise, emphasize warm, nourishing foods that are easy to digest. Cook with anti-inflammatory spices like turmeric and ginger. Avoid cold and dry foods, as they can increase Vata. Including healthy oils, such as sesame oil, in your diet can lubricate the joints and nerves.

Herbal remedies like Ashwagandha and Bala can be supportive. Ashwagandha has adaptogenic qualities, aiding in stress reduction, while Bala helps strengthen nerve and muscular tissues. It’s best to consult with a local Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the appropriate form and dosage based on your prakriti (constitution).

For the allergic airway disease, herbs like Vasaka and Tulsi can offer relief. Use Tulsi tea or incorporate fresh leaves in your daily diet. Vasaka in powder form can be mixed with honey and taken under guidance.
