Vajan kam karne ke liye Trikuta churna aur Triphala ka upyog ek samanya aur purani Ayurvedic vidhi hai, jo kai log upayogi samajhte hain. Lekin is samay prashna uchit hai ki kya yeh aapke sharirk vinyesh pariksha ke bina thik hai? Trikuta churna—jo ki saunth (dry ginger), kali mirch (black pepper), aur pippali (long pepper) ka mishran hai—aur Triphala három phalon ka ghol hai: amalaki (Indian gooseberry), bibhitaki, aur haritaki. Dono ko vajan ghatane mein sahayak mana gaya hai kyunki inhe agni ko pradesh (boost digestion) karne aur ama (toxins) nashak ke liye jaana jata hai.
Sath hi, mishri milane se iska swad bada sakta hai, lekin vajan ghatane ke liye sugar kam lena chahiye khaskar jab madhu rogi ya kisi prakar ki sugar se jude rog ho tab. Isi liye mishri milan ka vikalp aap apne dosha prakar, aur any swasthya avastha dekhe bina na kare. Dosha prakar mein kapha prakriti wale vyaktiyon takaravan se fayda hone ki sambhavana rheti h, magar durust pariksha jaroori.
Sahaj rasoiye aur dincharyaa, jaise subah pani piina, halke evam satvik aahar lena, aur daily walk, yoga funda sexcersize, inme variety laana bhi mahattvapurana hota hai. Aap kisi licensed Ayurvedic chikitsak se punar mulaqat karein aur aapka pariksha karvaayein ki aadharit rup se koi nischit upchar diya ja sake. Lagatar prayas aur sahi margdarshan se vajan kama kiya ja sakta hai.btn
