I am an Ayurvedic physician with 5 yrs of solid clinical work behind me, mostly in the area of Ayurvedic internal medicine but my interest keep stretching wider than that. From day one I tried not to only chase symptoms but to go back to the roots of the disease.. many times that’s what really matter when a patient is struggling for long. My practice usually move around herbal medicines, Panchakarma, diet corections, lifestyle changes, but it is not like a fixed formula, I adjust based on what the person infront of me really need.
Over these years I handled digestive troubles, skin problems, metabolic kind of imbalances, stress linked issues, many of them chronic, some very long standing. What I learnt is healing is possible when the doshas are understood properly, both Prakriti and Vikriti, and not by guess work. I rely on classical tools like Nadi Pariksha (pulse reading), Jihva Pariksha (tongue exam), and Rogi-Roga Pareeksha for diagnosis, sometimes it look simple but it give very deep insight that even modern test dont always show.
I also try to make patients part of the process, not just passive. My goal is not just cure for the moment but to make them aware of preventive health, so they don’t fall back again into same cycle. Many time I see good results when patients start adapting small ayurveda based routines, simple diet habits, basic dinacharya changes, not complicated things.
I keep myself reading and following modern research too, because I feel Ayurveda should not stand isolated. But my anchor remain the classical texts, the wisdom that survived so long. Some cases remind me how powerful this system still is, even when modern care didn’t gave full relief.
In short my aim is to create a space where patient feel heard and healing happen not just on body but on lifestyle and mind too. Ayurveda for me is not alternative, it is a complete way of wellbeing, preventive and curative together. I try to bring that sense in my daily practice.. even if it takes more time sometimes!!

I am working mainly on pain cases, lot of them come with knee joint issues, sciatica or lumbar back pain and sometimes the problems look simple but they disturb whole daily life.. people cant sit properly or sleep or even walk freely. I deal with conditions like spondylitis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, golfer elbow, heel pain etc and each one is different but somehow connected to how body movement goes out of balance. My focus is not only on just reducing pain with quick relief measures but to also see the root pattern, whether posture, life style or old injury is behind it. Sometimes I feel treatment take longer than expected, but still patient need to see progress step by step.
In my practice I use Ayurvedic principles and combine them with simple practical advice that patients can really follow. For ex.. in knee pain its not only oil massage or medicines, but also changes in diet, daily walking pattern, or even stress levels that matter. With sciatica or lumbar spine pain, people often dont realise how much sitting habit or wrong chair choice makes it worse. Helping them see that and slowly modify is part of healing too.
I like to explain things in plain way, not heavy medical jargons, so patients feel comfortable and know what is happening in their body. Sometimes I see frustration in them, like frozen shoulder makes even combing hair tough, and they feel stuck. When they understand treatment is step wise, they cooperate more.
Ayurveda give us many tools like herbal formulations, panchakarma, external therapies, and I adapt them as per condition and patient’s strength. Heel pain for example may respond better with local therapies while spondylitis need deeper detox and strengthening. I keep learning through each case, every pain story is little unique.
Maybe I don’t claim miracle cure but I do believe in steady improvement and sustainable relief. My goal is always that patient not only walk out with less pain but also know how to prevent it again, that’s where real care lie.

I am working in Ayurveda from more than 10 years now and honestly that time feels both long and short.. long because of the number of patients I see everyday and short because there is always new case to learn from. My work is mostly integrative, I dont just stop at symptom relief but try to get into root cause, sometimes it takes extra time but I feel that is the only way it works. My main area is spine and orthopeadic problems like sciatica, spondylitis, slipped disc, frozen shoulder, stiff joints etc where I use Panchakarma, herbal medicines and some rehab style exercises together. Patients who come with long history of backpain usually respond well when both detox and strenghtening go side by side.
I also treat many women who have issues like PCOS, irregular cycles, painful periods, even hormonal imbalance. For them I rely more on Prakriti based diet plans, herbal rasayanas, and cleansing therapies. Sometimes it is slow progress but once balance returns they feel much more in control of health. Respiratory complaints like asthma, recurrent cold, sinus and bronchitis also form big part of my practice, here I mix formulations with diet correction and breathing routines, small things like avoiding wrong food combinations make huge difference.
Skin and allergy problems I see often—eczema, psoriasis, urticaria—these need patience. I focus on purification first, then external oils and lepas. Many patients come after trying steroid creams for years, and seeing them improve with steady Ayurveda care gives confidence to continue this path. I also manage neurological disorders, migraine headaches, insomnia, stress and even stroke rehab with Rasayana therapy and nervous system calming methods. Gut problems like acidity, IBS, constipation are very common, here I always look at Agni correction, simple detox and lifestyle tweaks.
My consultations usually start with pulse check (Nadi Pariksha), Prakriti assessment and dosha imbalance mapping. I try to explain to patients in simple words what is happening inside, because once they understand, compliance increases. I believe healing works best when patient is active part of process not just receiver. Overall my aim is always restore balance and vitality using authentic Ayurvedic methods yet keeping practical sense of modern lifestyle.

I am Ayurvedic Panchkarma Consultant and honestly that phrase is small compared to what the work really mean for me. Ayurveda is not just a profession, it feels more like something i live with everyday.. I spend a lot of time studying classical texts, matching them with what i see in patients, and then deciding the right therapies. Panchkarma is deep science, not just about detox like people usually think, but about balancing doshas and restoring the body’s own healing power. Many times I sit with a patient and realise the treatment is not only about ghee or basti or virechan, but about listening to them, finding that hidden imbalance, mental or physical, that no test report can always show. That part makes my practice different, or at least I like to think it does.
I try to keep treatments simple and practical. Some patients want quick results, others need slow long approach.. and Ayurveda allow both if you understand how to plan. Writing also play big role in my journey. I share thoughts on Ayurvedic healing, sometimes essays, sometimes small notes, and it got recognised with awards which felt encouraging though I still see writing more like extension of practice. Through words I explain Panchkarma, herbs, diet, lifestyle in ways that patients or even students can understand without getting lost in Sanskrit or heavy medical jargon.
Everyday I learn something new, from a text or from a case. Few times I doubt myself, like did I choose the right sequence of therapy, or maybe I should have adjusted the dose, but then results reassure me and remind me to trust the science. My goal remain same: to make Ayurveda accessible, real, useful in modern life. Panchkarma is not easy, for doctor or patient, but when done rightly, it change lives. And that is what keeps me motivated to continue this path, writing, consulting, healing, sometimes quietly doubting, but always moving forward.

I am a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) doctor, graduated from Government Ayurveda College in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. That was where I also worked as a house surgeon for about 6 months, learning the tough but very practical side of hospital based ayurvedic care. Those days taught me not only about clinical protocols but also about how patients really respond when theory meets reality, sometimes unexpected things too.
After that, I went into private practice across Kerala for nearly 1.5 years. In those clinics, I handled a variety of cases, from small digestive issues to more chronic disorders. I used classical ayurvedic formulations and tried to combine it with personal lifestyle changes, like sleep, food habits, stress balance. Honestly, some patients struggled with compliance but many saw good improvemnt, which made me more confident about adapting treatment according to each prakriti rather than just repeating textbook lines.
Later, I shifted to Guwahati, Assam and worked more than 2 years as Ayurvedic Medical Officer at Vivekananda Health Global. That role was slightly different, more integrative. I had to combine ayurvedic therapies with yoga, diet counseling and guide people with lifestyle disorders, especially diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, stress related concerns. Working there pushed me to understand how modern patients think — they expect both evidence and tradition. It made me refine my methods, less rigid, more practical.
Right now I am working in Gurgaon, Haryana with Laiqa Wellness Pvt. Ltd. My focus is on personalized treatment, using prakriti analysis, dosha assessment, root cause diagnosis. Most of my cases involve chronic pain, metabolic issues, stress induced problems. I use panchakarma detox, diet counseling, herbal meds, even small routine adjustments. Sometimes simple things like sleep timing make huge change, but people don’t realise until guided properly.
Across these years, I keep one principle – stay true to authentic ayurveda yet adapt it for modern needs. I don’t see Ayurveda as just herbs or massages, it’s a way of reorganizing lifestyle around balance. Educating patients became important for me, because when they understand why treatment matters, results last longer. I want my patients not just to recover but to sustain health in long term.
I still feel like I am learning daily, every case adds something. My approach is holistic, evidence based, yet rooted in traditional wisdom. And yes, I do believe empowering patients is as important as giving medicine, otherwise healing stay half done.

I am working as an Ayurvedic doctor and honestly the base of my practice was shaped during my time at Nallasopara Ayurved Medical Hospital. Those years gave me a real chance to see patients every single day, not just theory in books. I trained in both Kayachikitsa (internal medicine) and Panchakarma, which means I had to learn how to balance classical medicine preparation with actual patient care. Many days were long, moving between preparing formulations, observing the effect, and then directly applying therapies to patients struggling with pain or chronic disorders. I got solid hands-on training in procedures like Vaman, Virechan, Basti, Nasya and Siravedha, each one showing me how deep Ayurveda can work when done carefully. I also practiced treatments like Agnikarma and Jaloukavacharana, which sound simple in texts but in reality require focus and confidence, especially when treating arthritis, sciatica, skin issues, or even PCOD and Madhumeh (diabetes).
Over 2–3 years this exposure made me more and more focused on joint pain management. I started seeing how rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lumbar or cervical spondylosis, and sciatica affect people’s daily life in different ways. Some couldn’t even sit properly, others were stuck with stiffness in mornings. I try to combine Shodhana Chikitsa for cleansing and Rasayana for repair because without both the results don’t last. I learned that every patient comes with a unique Prakriti and Vikriti, so one formula never fits all. In a busy hospital you don’t get much time, but still I pushed myself to read each person’s body pattern and adjust treatments. Some days it worked perfectly, some days I doubted if I chose the right path, but that’s how experience builds.
This period taught me not just about therapies but about patient trust, preventive care, and why evidence-based approach matters in Ayurveda too. I continue to use classical wisdom, but with the practical skills sharpened from treating large numbers of cases. My goal remains to help people regain balance, reduce pain, and live more freely without depending only on temporary relief. Even now, every new case reminds me there is more to learn, but I feel confident in the base I carry from those years!!

I am an Ayurvedic doctor with over 10 years in practice, and honestly even now I feel like I’m still learning something new with every patient who comes in. My whole approach is to look at a person not just as a disease or set of symptoms but as a unique body-mind balance shaped by prakriti, vikriti, lifestyle and habits (sometimes even small things like sleep timing make huge difference). I focus on creating treatment plans that go beyond temporary relief and actually work on root cause correction. Ayurveda gives me this strong base – herbs, Panchakarma detox, tailored diets, daily routine shifts – but I also keep my eyes open to how modern lifestyle complicates things.
I have managed a wide range of chronic and lifestyle related health issues: digestive disorders that linger for years, joint pain that limit mobility, hormonal problems like PCOS or irregular cycles, metabolic conditions including weight concerns or diabetes, stress-linked troubles such as anxiety, sleep disturbance etc. Each case feels different, and I always try to customize therapies to the person rather than just apply a textbook formula. Sometimes it’s a mix of herbal medicines and structured Panchakarma, other times it’s more about small diet changes and counseling around habits.
My goal is long-term wellness. I want patients to feel empowered, not dependent. When they begin to see that Ayurveda isn’t only about removing illness but about prevention and balance – that’s the turning point. I try to make them part of their healing journey instead of passive recipients. Even after a decade in practice, I feel inspired watching someone transform through natural care, it reassures me that Ayurveda remains deeply relevant in today’s fast paced, stressful world.
Consultations with me are never rushed. I take time to listen, to understand patterns, triggers, emotional side of disease too. A careful diagnosis leads to a plan that is practical and sustainable. Maybe I can’t promise quick fixes all the time, but I do promise honesty, personalization, and care that align with authentic Ayurvedic principles. That’s what makes my practice meaningful, and that’s what I continue to refine day by day.

I am working as a gynaecologist from last three years, mainly with women who come at very diff stages of life.. some with early menstrual issues, some struggling with fertility, some in pregnancy or later in menopause. My focus is always on giving them personal time and not rushing because I feel many problems open up only when you listen proper. I follow Ayurvedic way but with strong evidence base, making treatment plans that match each patient’s prakriti and vikriti, so it’s not one-size for all.
Sometimes its simple like balancing diet and lifestyle, other times we need deeper work like herbal formulations, classical therapies or guided detox. I manage cases like PCOS, uterine fibroids, irregular cycles, painful periods, and also support in pregnancy care and postnatal recovery. With menopause also, i seen how much women need reassurance along with remedies, small changes in food or daily habits can really shift their comfort level.
I often combine traditional methods with newer understanding, not ignoring modern medicine but blending insights. This help to address root-cause, not only surface symptoms. Education is big part of my practice – I explain why certain imbalance happens, what patterns I see, and how patient herself can contribute to long term healing. Many tell me this makes them feel more in control, which I think is important in women’s health.
I respect classical texts but I also adapt them to current lifestyle realities. My aim is sustainable wellness, not quick fixes that don’t last. Over these years, working closely with patients taught me more than any book, every case gives a new angle. I keep learning, keep refining how I approach care. My commitment is simple: create safe, supportive space, use Ayurveda with clarity, and help women find balance at each stage of reproductive health.

I am a doctor with M.D in Kayachikitsa, which is basically the branch of Ayurveda dealing with internal medicine and long-term management of systemic diseases. Right now I am working as an Assistant Professor, been in this role for about a year, trying to balance both teaching the students and also doing clinical practice. Some days it feels hectic, but honestly I find it rewarding because I get to share knowledge while also helping patients in a direct way.
During my studies I really dived deep into the Ayurvedic Samhitas, the classics that form the root of our science, but at the same time I always felt the need to connect them with modern diagnostic ideas. Maybe that comes from the fact that patients today don’t just want treatment, they want clear explanations too. I usually focus a lot on Prakriti and Vikriti analysis, because without understanding the constitution and imbalance, no treatment really fits. My work often involves using Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma therapies, diet correction and lifestyle guidance, sometimes small tweaks in daily routine can make a bigger difference than heavy medication.
In my academic role, I like mentoring students, not just about theory but also about how to evaluate patients properly and how to link pathology with treatment. Sometimes I catch myself emphasizing too much on basics, but I believe without that the foundation gets weak. I also keep reading new research, even if not everything aligns with Ayurveda directly, it helps to keep an open perspective.
In clinical practice I tend to see a mix of cases — metabolic issues like diabetes, autoimmune disorders that require patience and structured care, and also psychosomatic conditions where stress plays a major role. What I aim for is not just reducing symptoms but bringing back a sense of balance, something Ayurveda always highlighted.
I think my dual role actually keeps me sharp — the classroom discussions push me to stay precise, while real patient care forces me to stay practical. And yes, sometimes it feels like I am caught between too much theory and too much practice, but that’s also the beauty of working in this field.

I am an ayurvedic physician practicing on my own for last 3 years, honestly it feels like longer bcz each case teaches me new thing. My main focus usually goes towards respiratory and digestive disorders, and over time I worked on many patients with allergic rhinitis, sinus issues, acidity, IBS, chronic cough & cold, even thyroid imbalance too. I try not just to give quick medicine to supress symptoms but to find the root imbalance of doshas, adjust diet, routine, and give classical Ayurvedic treatment that actually last. Sometimes people expect immediate relief but I explain that body need time, still many feel lighter & more stable even in first few weeks.
I also give lot of attention to preventive healthcare, like keeping prakriti based diet, following ritucharya (seasonal regimens), and balancing lifestyle before disease even come. I feel preventive part is ignored but its actually where Ayurveda shine the most, small adjustments in diet or habits really change outcome. Sometimes I see patients who already tried multiple medications and felt frustrated, and when they start to follow simple Ayurvedic guidelines they realize how much difference it makes.
Past 2 years my work also move into Ayurvedic Garbh Sanskar, and it became something close to my heart. Guiding expecting mothers through pregnancy, not just for physical health but also mental and emotional well-being of mother and baby. I use diet advice, daily routines, safe herbs, some meditation and relaxation techniques, to ensure pregnancy goes smooth. It feels rewarding when a mother tells me she felt calm and strong during delivery. My aim always is healthy, complication free pregnancy and support natural delivery wherever possible.
I know sometimes my way of writing might be bit mixed up, maybe a word misplced or comma missed, but that’s actually how I think too, not straight line always. Still, my practice keep me grounded and my patients trust me for long-term relief without over-reliance on suppressive drugs. For me, Ayurveda is not only treatment, it’s a way to live, and every patient journey makes that belief stronger.
