I am a Ayurvedic physician who honestly feel that healing is not just about treating a disease but also about guiding people to live in balance with themself. I started this journey with a simple idea that Ayurveda is not old or outdated but something that actually fits modern life if we apply it right. My focus is both curative and preventive, I like helping people with chronic disorders, lifestyle troubles and also teaching them how to avoid falling into those pattern again. Sometimes it feels like patients come only when things get really worse, and I try to remind them that prevention matter as much as cure. I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology (PGDCC) from the Indian Institute of Cosmetology and Nutrition, Pune. This gave me more depth into skin health, hair care and aesthetic wellness with holistic view, not just chemicals or short fixes. Along with that, I hold a Post Graduate Proficiency Diploma in Panchakarma (PGPP) from RIHMS, Pune. Panchakarma became very important in my practice because it gives a structured way for detoxification and rejuvenation, especially for chronic conditions where only medicines don’t seem enough. Sometimes I feel like this is the real strength of Ayurveda, that it doesn’t just suppress but cleans and reset the system. To broaden my practice further, I did a Type 2 Diabetes Reversal Course from Madhavbaug. Diabetes is like everywhere now, so many young patients too, and this training helped me integrate Ayurvedic management with diet correction and evidence-based care approach. It feels rewarding when patients actually reduce dependency on long medications and find better energy in day-to-day life. In my clinical approach, I use Panchakarma therapies, Ayurvedic cosmetology, nutrition advice and lifestyle counselling as tools. Each patient is different, sometimes I need to focus more on detox, sometimes more on stress, sometimes only daily routine change make the difference. I believe in authentic and compassionate care, and I see my role not only as a doctor but also as an educator who remind people that their body has capacity to heal when supported with right methods. My aim is simple: to serve community with genuine Ayurveda and make health something sustainable, not temporary.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor who found my path in this science not just by study but by living it daily. Ayurveda to me isn’t only about herbs or therapies, it’s about reading the body and mind together and trying to see what imbalance is really happening underneath. When I sit with a patient I don’t just listen for symptoms, I listen for patterns—how they eat, when they sleep, what stresses them, even small habits that may look ordinary but slowly disturb doshas. My work mainly revolves around lifestyle disorders, chronic digestive troubles, skin diseases, stress-related complaints, and also preventive care. I use Panchakarma, herbal formulations, diet guidance, and personalized lifestyle corrections. But I don’t force therapies; if a person isn’t ready for long detox I plan small steps first. In obesity or diabetes cases even timing of meals makes bigger difference than people expect. With skin disorders like eczema or acne, I focus on gut correction first—cuz skin is often just the mirror of inside fire. I also guide patients in dinacharya and ritucharya, daily and seasonal regimens that help them stay balanced long-term. Many times patients don’t realise how powerful simple things like regular sleep cycles, seasonal food, or meditation can be. I explain in plain words, no jargon, so they can actually use it. My interest in pharmacology and dravyaguna helps me select herbs that suit prakriti-vikriti, not just general prescriptions. Through the years I saw people come back with relief not just in body but in how they feel mentally lighter, calmer. That’s when I know the treatment touched more than symptoms. Some cases are slow, some fast, but I keep patient trust at the center. I create space where they feel heard and respected—healing begins right there. Ayurveda for me is not frozen in books. I keep learning from classical texts, new research, and every patient who walks in. My goal is always safe, sustainable, natural healing—guiding people to not only recover but also understand their health enough to stay balanced for years ahead.

I am Dr. Deepika Pandey, an Ayurvedic physician who walked this path with both curiosity and discipline. My foundation came from Govt Ayurvedic College, Gurukul, Haridwar—a place known for its strong roots in classical Ayurveda. Later I cleared All India Rank 136 and went on for MD in Dravyaguna (Ayurvedic Pharmacology) at AIIA New Delhi, the apex institute under Ministry of AYUSH. Those years shaped me a lot, not just in books but also in hands-on training, long rounds in OPDs, and learning how theory really plays out on patients. With more than 8 yrs of combined academic and clinical practice, I focus on lifestyle disorders, women’s health issues, digestive imbalances, and stress-related conditions. I lean strongly on herbal medicine and dietary therapy, but not in isolation—I try to see the whole picture: prakriti, daily routines, mental strain, even small habits that look ordinary but cause imbalance. My background in pharmacognosy and Ayurvedic pharmacology helps me select formulations more carefully, knowing the plant, its guna, its timing—matching it with patient needs instead of prescribing something generic. I don’t treat just the “disease”. Healing for me starts with listening—sometimes a patient talks for 20 minutes before I say anything, and that itself makes half the plan clearer. I build treatments that are individual, not cut-paste. Ritucharya, preventive care, detox methods, food corrections… I mix these with practical guidance so people can actually follow it. Over the years, I saw patients walk in with arthritis flares, chronic acidity, infertility struggles, anxiety, psoriasis—you name it. Some responded fast, some slow, some needed multiple rethinks. But every case added depth to my practice and reminded me that Ayurveda is a living science, not frozen in old texts. My aim is simple: safe, natural, sustainable care. I want patients to feel respected, heard, and supported enough to take charge of their health. If they leave not only with medicine but also with clarity about how to live better—that’s when I feel the treatment really worked.

I am working in Obstetrics and Gynaecology right now, but my journey started with one solid year in a hospital setting where I rotated across multiple depts, learned the basics, and got my first taste of handling real patients—not just books or theory. That year shaped a lot, it taught me patience, quick thinking and also how much empathy matters in medical care. Now my focus is women’s health through every stage—from adolescence all the way to menopause. In practice this means I manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, do antenatal checkups, assist in labor & delivery, and also look after a wide range of gynaecological issues. Menstrual disorders, repeated infections, fertility challenges, hormonal imbalance… each case feels unique even when the diagnosis looks the same on paper. My aim is always to build trust first, so women feel safe enough to share what really bothers them. Pregnancy care is close to my heart. I guide first-time mothers through doubts and fears, handle complex high-risk cases with caution, and try to keep every consultation as supportive as possible. Birth is never just medical—it’s also emotional, and I try to remember that each time I step into the labor room. I also emphasize preventive care a lot. Helping women understand their reproductive health, cycles, and body signals before things get complicated saves them stress later. Education is a big part of my consults. I explain lifestyle, nutrition, and safe practices in simple words so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I stay updated with treatment protocols, new guidelines, and current approaches in Obs & Gyn because medicine keeps changing and patients deserve the best evidence-based care. My focus is always on personalized plans—no two women have the same journey, and their care should reflect that. As I continue growing in this field, my goal is simple: keep clinical excellence high while also keeping human connection alive. A patient who feels heard, respected, and cared for—half the healing starts there already.

I am an Ayurveda doctor who kinda always felt drawn to natural healing more than anything else. For me, Ayurveda isn’t just a job or even just medicine—it’s more like a way of seeing health as a whole picture. My focus is on helping people get back balance, not just treating a symptom that keeps showing up again and again. I keep reminding myself that unless I find the root—whether it’s in diet, stress, sleep or just lifestyle imbalance—the result won’t hold for long. In my practice I design treatment plans around the person, not the disease alone. Every patient has their prakriti (constitution), habits, routines, even emotions that shape how illness builds up. I look into all that before suggesting herbs, detox or lifestyle edits. I manage chronic conditions like arthritis, skin problems, digestive issues, hormonal changes, stress-induced disorders… and tbh each case feels like a different puzzle. Panchakarma, ritucharya (seasonal regimens), and simple ahara-vihara (diet-lifestyle) corrections form a big part of my toolkit. I don’t see my role as just prescribing churna or tablets. For me, consultation also means explaining what’s happening in the body and why it matters. Education is healing too—when patients understand their doshas or how wrong food timing affects agni (digestive fire), they make changes that last. Preventive care excites me as much as treatment—teaching seasonal routines, detox, or daily habits that stop disease from settling in. Over the years I’ve seen transformations that stay with me. Someone who struggled for years with skin flares slowly finds clear skin, or a patient with long-standing acidity finally eats without fear. These aren’t just physical changes; often their confidence or mental peace grows too. That’s when Ayurveda feels the most alive to me. I keep reading classical texts, keep checking new Ayurvedic research—cuz staying updated makes me a better doctor. My aim each day is simple: create a safe and calm space where patients feel heard, and start healing the moment they step in. Sometimes that’s the real medicine.

I am an Ayurvedic practitioner, working since 2005—that’s more than 10+ years walking in this path, but honestly it feels like every case still teaches me smthing new. When I first started, my main aim was just to apply the classical texts into real life… but slowly I saw that no two patients ever come with the same root cause, even if the symptoms look identical. That realization changed my whole way of practice. Over the years I’ve treated a wide spectrum—chronic joint pain, arthritis, digestive troubles like acidity, bloating, constipation, skin disorders, even complex metabolic issues such as diabetes and hypertension. I also get many cases of stress-linked problems where mind and body show mixed signals, and Ayurveda helps to untangle them. Panchakarma therapy is a big part of my work, not as a trend but as a genuine detox tool when applied rightly. I focus on planning therapies that actually fit the person’s lifestyle, cuz not everyone can manage long, intensive schedules. I rely a lot on personalized herbal formulations, diet guidance and lifestyle correction. Sometimes small things—meal timing, sleep balance, daily routine—make bigger shifts than any strong medicine. My consultations go beyond symptom-checking. I like to see how someone eats, thinks, moves through the day. That’s usually where the imbalance hides. Over this journey, I’ve also been part of community programs and health talks, spreading awareness about preventive health, seasonal regimens, and self-care in Ayurveda. Sharing knowledge feels as important as treating—it empowers ppl to take control of their own wellbeing. Some treatments work slow, some faster, but my approach is always steady, natural and root-focused. Ayurveda to me is not just medicine—it’s a way of balancing daily life with awareness. Even after years in practice, I still feel curious, sometimes humbled, by how deep this science really goes. My aim is simple—to help patients heal in a way that lasts, and guide them to maintain that balance long after therapy ends.

I am Dr. Prashant Kumar, working in Ayurveda for over 4 years now—though honestly, it doesn’t feel like a number I count. More like, every patient kinda teaches you something new. I started with my BAMS and then just kept exploring deeper into different areas—Panchakarma therapy, herbal pharmacology, sexual wellness, general medicine, cosmetology stuff too (ya, even skin and hair probs come a lot), and also dietetics. Cuz healing isn't one-lane, right? My clinic’s not just four walls and a table—it’s intentionally made calm, soft... a place where ppl can actually feel okay to talk about their problems, even the uncomfortable ones. I personally begin my day with yoga and a bit of quiet time. Not just for routine’s sake, but to stay centered, esp when days get heavy or back-to-back consults feel draining. I look at health wholistically—body, yes, but also sleep patterns, mental chatter, habits, relationship stress... all of it shows up somehow. That’s why my consultations aren’t rushed. I take time to really figure out the prakriti, vikriti, dosha status, and where the imbalance actually starts. Then build a treatment plan around that. Usually it’s a combo—herbal meds, detox therapies like Panchakarma (only when needed, not forced), meal changes, and changes in daily routine. But no two plans look same. I also collab with yoga experts, diet coaches, and wellness therapists if a case needs multi-angle work. A lot of ppl come in with arthritis flares, gut problems, PCOD, acne, anxiety, fatigue, or lifestyle-triggered illnesses. And honestly, with patience and the right path, many have reversed or stabilized their issues. I’m not here to just treat—I'm here to help ppl *understand* what’s going on inside them and how to manage it without becoming dependant on meds forever. I also run regular workshops—sometimes on seasonal health tips, sometimes food planning, sometimes stress basics. I believe Ayurveda is not just what *I* do—it’s what I help others learn to live. That’s kinda the core of how I see this work.

I am a postgrad in Kayachikitsa—that’s the branch of Ayurveda that deals mostly with internal medicine—and over time I kinda found my core interest drifting toward infertility treatment, chronic skin+hair issues, and obesity-related care. Sounds like 3 very different things at first, but honestly, they all tie back to systemic imbalance & lifestyle stress, and that’s where I come in. With infertility, I treat both male & female concerns using Ayurvedic formulations, Panchakarma if needed (depends on the case), and lots of correction around diet, sleep and just... how ppl live day to day. I’ve worked on cases involving irregular ovulation, sperm quality drop, hormonal mess, low energy, even unexplained infertility. Not every plan works right away and tbh, sometimes it takes re-routing, but when the plan fits—it shows. Skin and hair concerns—ya I get a lot of that too. I deal with premature greying, hair thinning, eczema, acne, pigmentation, dandruff etc. It’s never just topical. We usually go deeper, figure out what’s triggering it internally—pitta overload? Stress? Gut issue? Once we see that, treatment feels more targeted. I do a mix of classical herbs + external lepas or oils, all custom based on the patient’s doshic type. I also hold a Diploma in Obesity Management, which helps me design structured Ayurvedic weight programs. These aren’t just about “lose 5kg in 2 weeks”—nah. They’re slow but deep—meant to reset digestion, metabolism, and fix things like insulin resistance or fatty liver. Programs often include basic detox steps (not always full panchakarma), ahara-vihara changes, and regular checkins to keep things real. Whatever I do, I try to actually understand the patient first—not just what they’re saying but what they might be skipping. I always check prakriti, dosha shifts, daily patterns. That helps me explain the “why” before jumping into “what to take.” I think that empowers them to be part of the healing, not just a receiver of meds. long story short—I try to treat at root. Ayurveda gave me the tools for that. I just keep figuring out how to use them better with every case.

I am an Ayurvedic practitioner with around 5 years in this field… and to be honest, it still feels like I'm just scratching the surface of what Ayurveda really is. I got into this line not just for the herbs or the therapies, but bcz I saw how deeply it connects body and mind. That part kinda stuck with me from the beginning, and it’s what I keep coming back to with every patient. Over these past years, I've worked with people dealing with digestive issues, skin stuff that just wouldn’t go away, sleep probs, menstrual irregularities—like, a wide mix of chronic things that modern meds often just suppress or overlook. I try to listen more than talk… sometimes, just understanding their lifestyle shifts the whole treatment plan. My way is a blend of classical Ayurvedic principles and real-world practicality. I do believe in the Panchakarma protocols and diet modifications, but I also know not everyone can drop everything and do a 21-day detox, right? So I keep things doable. Even a small herbal routine, if it fits into their day, can slowly bring a big shift. I also spend a lotta time customizing formulations—like really tweaking those churnas or kashayams based on the doshas, symptoms, and what phase they’re in. It's never just one-size-for-all. That part takes time but it’s kinda what I enjoy the most. Sometimes I do get stuck… like, when a patient’s symptoms don’t match the books or things plateau for no reason. But then I go back, rethink, adjust. I don’t believe in just repeating the same plan if it’s not helping. Anyway, I’m not big on titles or awards yet, still got a long way to go… but yeah, I’ve handled hundreds of cases over these years and I keep learning something new from each one. Ayurveda’s deep and layered like that. And I think the more I learn, the more I realise what I still don’t know! If you’re looking for someone who’ll just throw tablets at you, that’s not me. But if you’re open to understanding your body better & making a few real changes—slowly, steadily—I’m here for that.

I am working as a general physician and most days my job is really about listening first before I even start thinking of tests or meds.. I see all kinds of cases – fevers, infections, stomach troubles, headaches, long term issues like diabetes or BP – and honestly no two days feel the same. Some ppl come in with a simple seasonal cold, others with symptoms that have been bothering them for years but never got checked. I try not to just treat what’s in front of me but dig into why it’s happening in the first place, because if you don’t fix the root, it just keeps coming back. Preventive care is something I keep stressing about, regular check-ups, blood tests when needed, spotting problems before they get worse – it can save a lot of future trouble. I also spend time explaining stuff in a way patients understand, like what’s going on inside their body without dumping medical jargon on them. Many times, I have to remind them that mental stress, sleep issues, diet… all of this plays into their physical health. I coordinate with specialists if it’s something out of my direct scope, but I still keep track so the care stays connected and not all over the place. I’ve learned that follow-ups matter as much as the first visit. And sometimes small changes – a tweak in diet, better sleep routine, consistent meds – can make huge improvements. Whether it’s an urgent issue or a long-drawn condition, I aim to keep the treatment ethical, practical, and grounded in science but still human enough that ppl feel heard.
