Area of specialization: | I am mainly into holistic care with Ayurveda—kinda balancing the old school with clinical side of things. Like, I use Nadi Pariksha n Prakriti type to get a good grip on what’s going on, but I also keep a eye on lab stuff when needed. Most ppl come to me for lifestyle stuff—like diabeties, BP, stress, weight gain... and I try to deal with that in a more root-level way. Custom meds, detox routines like Panchakarma, Rasayan therapies, food habits—whole package type.
I’m also super into gut healing and ya, skin and hair cases show up alot lately. Then comes joint issues, back pain kinda stuff, and women's probs—like PCOS or weird periods. For deeper cleanse I do proper Panchakarma—Vamana, Virechan, Basti, Nasya etc. I try to keep the whole thing smooth for the patient, not just effectiv but also bearable, you kno.
And I believe a lot in prevention too. Stuff like Ritucharya, Dinacharya n seasonal detox makes a big differense if done right. These days ppl forget how much small routines change things, that's where I focus a lot. |
Achievements: | I am a BAMS grad from 2023 and right from my intership days i was kinda drawn to deep clinical work.. was lucky to be named "best intern of the year" too, which was honestly unexpected but felt nice. Got my highest scores in Kayachikitsa and Dravyaguna—those subjects just clicked for me I guess.
I’ve done a bunch of seminars in panchakarma, nutrition, integrative stuff—still learning loads. My paper on Grahani (IBS) got selected at a confrenece, felt good to be heard. Patients n seniors often said i got a calm way with diagnosis & healing. |
I am currently practicing at Pranav Ayurveda Clinic in Saharanpur, since Jan 2025, where I’m mainly into chronic conditions—like joint probs, gut issues, hormonal disbalance and ya lots of skin stuff too. I usually go deep into patient history, n then plan out stuff like classical formulations or detoxes (Panchkarma mostly), sometimes Rasayan therapy if it’s really needed. I’m pretty comfortable with Nadi pariksha & Prakriti typing, but tbh I do check modern reports too when necessary—just to get full picture. I also handle most of the Panchkarma therapies here, Vamana, Basti, Virechan etc., and kinda pay lot of attn to hygiene & patient comfort during those. We keep things traditional but also, like, safe & realistic. There’s this part I really enjoy—teaming up with yoga folks n dietitians, we try to build seasonal or Dosha-specific healing routines. Makes a lot more sense than doing just meds right? Like it becomes a whole thing. I also follow up quite close on my cases—checking how things are moving, tweaking the meds or therapies if required. Outside consults, I get involved in awareness events—sharing stuff on Ritucharya, Dincharya, or daily Ayurvedic hacks that ppl actually find useful. And yah, I also help with product ideas in clinic's herb lab...making sure we don’t lose the authentic touch in formulas, which matters lot these days. Working here really taught me how different every case can be—even when the symptoms sound same. And that's kinda what keeps me grounded in Ayurveda.
