I am Dr. Sachin R. Patil — MD in Ayurveda, PhD scholar, and also did an MBA in Healthcare 'cause I really wanted to understand both the healing and management side of medicine. Right now, I'm working as the Zonal Medical Head at Madhavbaug, looking after medical ops across Western Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and parts of South India too. It's a lot to handle honestly, but it’s also where I feel most grounded — seeing systems improve and patients recover in real life, not just theory.
In the last 10+ years, I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of over 20,000+ recovery journeys, mostly chronic cases. We’re talking heart disease, diabetes, obesity — those long-term conditions people often feel stuck with. And we don’t just manage symptoms. Through integrative Ayurvedic care — like Panchakarma, herbal interventions, metabolic correction and lifestyle shifts — many of them actually reversed their illnesses. That’s not a claim. That’s data, that’s real outcomes we’ve tracked.
Beyond clinical practice, I also move a lot into research and education. I’ve done over 400 lectures, seminars, and workshops — sometimes to doctors, sometimes to just regular people trying to understand their health. I presented a paper on diabetes reversal at Kiel University in Germany (that was nerve-wracking but worth it), and got selected to speak in academic forums in Spain & Brazil too. I care about bridging gaps — between Ayurveda and evidence-based science, between doctors and patients, between textbook and practice.
I’ve been lucky to get some recognition too — like the International Research Star Award from ISSN, Sakal Media Group’s Excellence in Healthcare (2020), and something close to my heart — Best Medical Head award for work in Ayurveda leadership. Awards are nice, sure, but what really matters is how many people feel better & stay better, not just for weeks but for years.
That’s why I keep going back to the roots of Ayurveda, while also trying to keep pace with scientific validation. Not always easy, sometimes messy, but that’s the real work.

I am a doctor who completed CCH and CGO from Wadia hospital, and that training gave me exposure not just in theory but also in handling patients with very diverse needs. Over time I have treated many cases of chronic skin conditions, gut related disorders and also anorectal issues like piles, fissure and similar complaints. Each case felt different, no two patients respond the same way, and I learnt how to adapt treatment according to prakriti, diet habits, stress levels.
Skin problems always catch attention first — psoriasis, eczema, acne that stays for years — but I understood that they often start from inside, from digestion or blood impurities. Gut issues like acidity, constipation, IBS are also common in my practice, and here small corrections in food timing or herbs can change a lot. Anorectal cases, especially piles and fissure, are painful both physically and mentally for patients, so I try to bring a treatment plan that is safe, non-invasive when possible, and focused on long term relief not just temporary fixes.
Working with such variety of disorders also taught me patience. Some patients want fast results, but Ayurveda needs time to clean the root cause. I explain them carefully, sometimes repeating many times, that slow healing is stronger healing. Building that trust is important. My approach is always to combine herbal formulations, diet advice, and lifestyle correction with procedures when required, to ensure balance is restored and maintained.
For me, Ayurveda is not a set of ready remedies but a flexible science that adapts to each person. Whether it’s skin, gut or anorectal problems, my focus stays on listening, understanding and guiding patients with clarity, honesty and steady support.

I am Dr. Bhavya Trikmani, a BAMS doctor with fellowship in Panchakarma, working mostly in Ayurveda OPD and Panchakarma set ups for a little over 3.5 years now. My day-to-day work often revolves around managing skin problems, lifestyle disorders and chronic health issues – the kind that take patience and consistency to really improve. I see people with hypertension, diabetes, thyroid imbalance, PCOS, digestion troubles, stress related complaints… and honestly many of these overlap more than patients realise. I usually blend Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma therapies, nutrition changes and lifestyle tweaks to create plans that actually fit into their life, not just on paper. Sometimes that means starting slow with small shifts, sometimes going more intensive with detox or specialised treatments, depends on their condition & readiness. Skin care is a big part too – not just creams or oils, but treating from the root, like balancing hormones or improving gut health to help with acne, eczema, or early ageing signs. I try explaining every step in a way that makes sense for them, cause a treatment only works if the person feels involved in it. Working in this field taught me that small, consistent follow up can matter more than fancy protocols, and that patients remember how you listen to them as much as what medicine you give. I don’t think of Ayurveda as separate from daily living – it’s part of how you eat, rest, move, think – and my goal is to make it practical and real for the person sitting infront of me.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor with 5 yrs of steady practice in the field—not a lifetime, but long enough to see how people respond when you really pay attention, not just to symptoms but to the whole story behind them. I started out thinking I’ll just treat the doshas, pick the right herbs, and things will work. But real patients kinda show you that it’s more layered. Now I mostly focus on connecting classical Ayurveda with actual day-to-day health struggles people bring in—digestive chaos, sleep going off track, periods all over the place, hair falling out for months, or just plain burnout.
Over time I’ve worked a lot with people dealing with long-standing issues—like IBS, acne, weight gain that doesn’t budge, PCOS, stress spikes, thyroid shifts, low energy, even those vague feelings of “not feeling like myself.” I don’t rush into meds. I spend a good amount of time understanding lifestyle, eating patterns, stress points. A lot of my plans involve routine resets, easy-to-follow diet tweaks, herbal support if needed, and just—staying in touch. Most people don’t need complicated therapies, they need clarity. And someone who doesn’t make them feel like a list of symptoms.
I’m usually direct but never pushy. I keep my advice realistic, cause no one's going to steam daily or wake at 4 am forever. Even basic things like fixing digestion or improving sleep hygiene makes a huge diff, if done right. Also I like writing or talking about healing in a way that doesn’t scare ppl off with too much jargon or pressure.
5 years in, I’m still learning. Still adjusting. Ayurveda is deep, and the body doesn’t always respond how you expect—but that's kinda the magic too. Every patient brings a different challenge, and I try to meet them where they are, not where textbooks say they *should* be.
