I am really worried about this recurring issue I've been having. Lately, I've had like three episodes of a urine infection in the last few months, and it’s soooo frustrating! Just last week, I was at work, and suddenly felt that burning sensation when I went to the bathroom. Like, why does this keep happening? I drink a lot of water, but I wonder if that’s enough? I've tried some OTC remedies, but honestly, they only seem to mask the symptoms for a bit. My doctor was talking about how this could become a chronic issue if I don’t figure out how to prevent urine infection in the first place. I’ve read that proper hygiene can make a difference, but sometimes I feel like I’m doing everything right and it still happens! Do certain foods or drinks make it worse? Also, I travel a lot for work and sometimes it’s hard to stick to a routine which must not help either. I just don’t know how to prevent urine infection like at this point and I’m really looking for any wisdom you all have. Any tips or lifestyle changes that might make a diff? Thanks a million!
