Hydrocele, microlithiasis, and testicular pain can be addressed through a comprehensive Ayurvedic approach, aimed at restoring balance to your body. For hydrocele, consider Ashwagandha. Its anti-inflammatory and adaptogenic properties can be beneficial. Take it in powdered form mixed with warm milk twice daily.

Punarnava is another option, known for its diuretic properties. It helps to reduce edema and inflammation. Prepare a decoction by boiling Punarnava root with water, and drink it once or twice a day, but not on an empty stomach as it can be quite potent.

Try applying castor oil as a local treatment. Gently massage it over the swollen area to help relieve pain and reduce inflammation. For the microlithiasis, Gokshura may be useful, traditionally employed for urinary and testicular health. It promotes proper urinary function. Take it as a capsule or a decoction.

Include foods that pacify Vata dosha, such as warm, moist, and oily foods. Ginger tea can help alleviate discomfort. Avoid heavy, cold, and processed foods, as they may aggravate Vata and lead to more swelling. Also, make sure you’re not constricting the area with tight clothing.

Consistent pranayama can support overall health by promoting circulation. Bhramari pranayama can reduce stress and support the reproductive system.

However, due to the persistent pain and swelling, it’s advisable to seek immediate professional medical evaluation. Urgent intervention may be necessary, as these symptoms could signal a more serious underlying issue beyond what Ayurveda can safely address alone. It’s crucial to rule out any potential complications such as infections or other emergencies.
