I am really confused about something and hoping someone can shed some light on this. Recently, I started eating drumsticks — not the chicken kind, but the vegetable, you know? I heard they're super healthy, full of nutrients and all that. Anyway, I made this big pot of vegetable curry with drumstick as the main ingredient (which turned out to be really tasty, by the way), but ever since the next day, I've been feeling all bloated and gassy. Like, ugh, not exactly the feeling I was hoping for after eating healthy. 😩 Does drumstick cause gas? I keep thinking maybe it’s just too much fiber at once or something? I used to eat plenty of different veggies, but drumsticks are kinda new for me. I can't tell if I'm overreacting here. My digestion has always been a bit sensitive too, so maybe there’s a connection? I also tried googling it and found mixed opinions, but nothing really conclusive. Some people say it's great for digestion, others mention gas.
