YOU ARE EXPERIENCING -burning while passing urine -frequent urge to urinate -pelvic or lower abdominal pain

In Ayurevda, these symptoms are often grouped under “Mutrakrichchra”, while literally means difficulty in urination When this problem lasts more than a few months, it usually involves deeper imbalance in doshas

According to Ayurveda, our body is governed by three doshas -Vata= controls movement -urine flow , nerve impulses -Pitta= controls metabolism ad heat -Kapha= maintains stability and lubrication

In your case,

-Pitta dosha has become excessive, causing heat and burning in the urinary tract -Vata dosha is also mildly disturbed , causing pelvic pain, spasms, ad frequent urination -When this heat and dryness persist, the urinary system becomes irritated, leading to chronic inflammation

Ayurveda calls this condition vata-pittaja Mutrakricchra

TREATMENT GOALS -reduce heat and burning- by pacifying pitta -Soothe and heal urianry passage -relieve pelvic pain and spasms -flush toxins and infection -strengthen bladder tone -prevent recurrence

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) GOKSHURADI GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 6-8 weeks =cleanses urinary tract, relieves inflammation, Balances Vata and pitta

2) CHANDRAPRABHA VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 6-8 weeks =reduces burning clears infection acts as urianry antiseptic and toic

3) PUNARNAVADI KASHAYA = 15 ml with equal wtaer twice daily before meals for 1 month = removes swelling, improves urine flow, detoxifies kidneys, and bladder

4) SHATAVARRI + YASHTIMADHU CHURNA= 1 tsp with milk at night =nourishes urinary tissues and reduces heat
