I am struggling with some pretty annoying gastric issues lately. It started a few months ago with regular bloating and belching, and I thought maybe it was just something I ate. But it's really been ongoing, you know? I’ve tried a bunch of different things — like cutting out spicy food and eating smaller meals, but nothing seems to work consistently. Friends suggested trying sugarcane juice, saying “is sugarcane juice good for gastric?” but I have no clue if that's legit or just another food trend. Last weekend, I actually went to a local market that had fresh sugarcane juice, and it seemed soooo refreshing, but I hesitated. I had this voice in my head saying, “What if it makes things worse?” I mean, I don't want to end up feeling worse off than I already do! My stomach can feel tensed and upset a lot, especially after meals. Just wondering if drinking sugarcane juice could even help with this.
