I am really confused about something and hope you guys can help me out. Lately, I’ve been feeling super bloated and uncomfortable, and I can't figure out if it’s just my diet or if something else is at play. I mean, I’ve always heard that certain habits can affect your body, and I read somewhere that does masturbation cause constipation?? I know, it sounds weird, right? But hear me out! A few weeks ago, I started feeling this weird pressure in my stomach and it got me thinking. I’ve been a little more stressed than usual, and after relieving some stress via masturbation, I noticed my bowel movements kinda slowed down. Like, I’m used to going every day, but it’s been a couple of days now, and it's really uncomfortable. It’s not just me, right? I mean, I can’t be the only one who thinks there could be a link between these two things. I've tried drinking more water and added some fiber-rich foods to my meals, but still no luck. I’m really curious to know if anyone else has experienced this — could there be a chance that does masturbation cause constipation, or am I just overthinking it?
