पाचन समस्याएँ जटिल हो सकती हैं और अक्सर आहार, जीवनशैली और मानसिक स्थिति से प्रभावित होती हैं। आपकी स्थिति में, यह संभव है कि आपकी पाचन अग्नि (digestive fire) कमजोर हो और वात, पित्त, और कफ मिश्रित असंतुलन हो। पहले, अपना आहार देखें। तले हुए, बहुत मसालेदार या अधिक तैलीय खाद्य पदार्थों से बचें, क्यूंकि ये पाचन को नुकसान पहुंचा सकते हैं।

सुबह उठकर गर्म पानी पियें जहाँ तक सम्भव हो सके। ये पाचन अग्नि को सुधारने में सहायता कर सकता है। अदरक और नींबू का रस मिलाकर भोजन से पहले लेना भी लाभकारी होता है।

पाचन को बेहतर बनाने के लिए, त्रिफला चूर्ण रात में सोते समय गरम पानी के साथ लें। यदि बहुत अधिक गैस की समस्या है, तो अजवाइन और काला नमक लिया जा सकता है।

योग तथा प्राणायाम विशेष रूप से सुखासन में वज्रासन के अभ्यास को आहार के बाद करना फायदेमंद रहेगा। ये उपाय पाचन तंत्र को मजबूत बनाते हैं तथा तनाव को कम कर सकते हैं।

खाना समय पर और धीरे-धीरे, चबाकर खाएं। भोजन के बीच में अधिक पानी न पिएं, क्योंकि ये पाचन को कमजोर कर सकते हैं। दिन में भोजन के बाद आराम या नींद न लें। पर्यापत नींद लें, क्योंकि नींद की कमी भी पाचन को प्रभावित कर सकती हैं।

यदि ये उपाय सुधार नहीं लाते हैं या समस्या गंभीर हो रही है, तो किसी पंजीकृत आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक की सलाह लेना महत्वपूर्ण होगा। जो आपके व्यक्तिगत दोषा प्रकार और समस्या के अनुसार उपचार कर सके। आपको दूसरे स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञ से भी परामर्श करने की आवश्यकता हो सकती हैं, यदि लक्षण बने रहते हैं। अप्ने सेहत का धयान रखे़ं।
