I am really confused about my health choices lately. A while back, I started feeling really sluggish and had these awful digestive issues, like bloating and gas. After trying a few allopathy meds, I just felt like they were more of a temporary fix rather than a real solution. My doc keeps pushing pills, but I can’t shake this feeling that there must be a better way. I’ve read about ayurvedic treatments, and I’m kinda intrigued but also skeptical. A friend mentioned that Ayurveda focuses on the whole body and not just the symptoms, which makes sense to me. But like, how do I know if ayurvedic is actually going to help me or if it’s just some hype? Is ayurvedic or allopathy which one is better?
