I am kinda worried about my digestion lately. A few weeks ago, I tried fresh sugarcane juice for the first time. I loved it, but then I started feeling some kinda heaviness in my stomach. I know that sugarcane juice is supposed to be healthy and refreshing, but I heard different things about it. Some friends said that sugarcane juice is hot for the stomach, while others swear it’s cold. Like, how can it be both?? Now I’m confused! I also have a tendency to feel bloated easily, especially with sweet things, and I’m not sure if that’s playing into it. I did some Googling but didn’t really find anything clear. I've been drinking it straight off the vendor's cart, maybe that’s not a good idea either? My tummy vibes are just not like they used to be. Should I be concerned that sugarcane juice is hot or cold for stomach issues?? Anyone have personal experiences or advice on how to balance this out? I’d hate to think I can’t enjoy something so tasty! Would love any insights or traditional tips. Thanks!
