I am struggling with my digestion and heard that apple cider vinegar could really help with that, but I’m not entirely sure how to intake apple cider vinegar the right way. Lately, I've been feeling bloated all the time, especially after meals. My friend just raved about it saying it changed her life, but she didn't really explain how to intake apple cider vinegar properly. I tried just mixing it with water and drinking it, but the taste is so strong! Also, sometimes I just forget and then feel regret later, you know? I did read somewhere about taking it before meals and, like, some kind of ratio with water, but I'm confused about how much to use. Do I need to take it daily? Can I put it in my food instead, like dressing? I feel like there's so many ways people talk about it but I just need a simple answer on how to intake apple cider vinegar without overwhelming myself.
