For cystitis and frequent urination, managing vata and pitta dosha imbalance can be key. First, an Ayurvedic formulation like Chandanasava, traditionally used for urinary tract issues, can be beneficial. Take two tablespoons with equal part water after meals, morning and evening. Ensure you stay well-hydrated with warm water or herbal teas like coriander seed tea, which soothe the bladder. Avoid spicy and sour foods, as they can aggravate pitta and irritate the bladder lining.

For chronic constipation and digestion issues, tuning the digestive fire, or agni, is important. Trikatu churna, a blend of ginger, black pepper, and long pepper, can stimulate digestion. Try 1/2 teaspoon with warm water before meals. Trifala powder is known for promoting regular bowel movements; take 1 teaspoon with warm water before bed. Be patient, consistency in these remedies is vital.

Also, consider lifestyle modifications such as incorporating yoga postures like pavanamuktasana or wind-relieving pose, to reduce gas and improve digestion. Daily routine or dinacharya including oil massage (abhyanga) with sesame oil, followed by a warm shower can help balance vata dosha.

Dietary changes are essential too; prioritize warm, cooked foods over raw, and include ghee in your meals for lubrication of the intestines. Fiber-rich foods like stewed apples or pears in the morning can also gently stimulate the bowels.

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a professional without much delay. Chronic conditions may require more personalized treatment under supervision of a practitioner. Be mindful of maintaining balance by following a routine and diet suited to your constitution, especially during seasonal changes when dosha imbalances occur more frequently.
