Addressing persistent urine leakage after prostate surgery often requires a multifaceted approach in Ayurveda, considering both lifestyle and herbal support. In your case, focusing on pelvic strengthening and dietary modifications might prove beneficial.

Kegel exercises are essential for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. Practicing them regularly, involves identifying the right muscles by stopping urine mid-flow, and then squeezing for a count of five, releasing for five, repeat this cycle 10-15 times, three times a day. Persistency here might gradually helps improve bladder control.

Dietary changes is also crucial. Avoiding diuretic foods that increase urine production, such as caffeine, alcohol, spicy and acidic foods might lessen the frequency of leakage. Instead include, cooked vegetables, whole grains and light easy-to-digest foods in your diet. Hydration is important, but sipping smaller amounts throughout the day instead of large quantities at once might reduce sudden urges.

Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha or Shatavari in consultation with a qualified practitioner may also offer support for strengthening body tissue and improving overall vitality. These herbs can help balance vata dosha, which may be contributing to the issue.

Moreover, consider practicing yoga asanas like Malasana (Garland pose) and Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend) that can support pelvic flexibility and strength. As always, ensure any herbal supplements or therapies are tailored to your individual constitution and health status by consulting an experienced ayurvedic practitioner.

If symptoms persist or worsen, further medical evaluation may be needed, as chronic urinary issues can sometimes lead to other complications. It’s important to look for a comprehensive assessment to make sure you are receiving appropriate care for your condition.

Persistent urine leakage after prostate surgery can be challenging, but there are Siddha-Ayurvedic approaches that might help. The issue is likely influenced by vata imbalance, a common root cause for urinary dysfunctions, especially when related to surgical intervention. The goal is to strengthen the urinary system and help restore balance.

First, ensure hydration is balanced. Too much or too little can exacerbate leakage. Sipping warm water with a pinch of rock salt might help stabilize vata and improve hydration at a cellular level.

Consider the use of herbs such as Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) and Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), known for their rejuvenative properties and urinary health benefits. Punarnava can be taken as a powder mixed with warm water in the morning. Ashwagandha should be consumed with milk before sleeping to aid muscle strengthening and relaxation.

Practice pelvic floor exercises regularly. These can enhance the muscle tone around the bladder and urethra, reducing leakage. Be consistent, performing them twice daily for optimal results.

Diet is crucial. Favor foods that nourish the sapta dhatus, particularly focusing on rasa (plasma) and mamsa (muscle) tissues. Freshly cooked, warm, and easy-to-digest meals that pacify vata, such as stew or khichdi, can be beneficial.

If issues persist or worsen, it could indicate a more serious underlying condition requiring immediate medical evaluation. Consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner, who can personalize the regimen and ensure compatibility with your prakriti and current health status, might be necessary.
