Anus spasms and internal piles can be quite discomforting, I understand the urgency to address these issues. In Ayurveda, we view these conditions through the lens of vata imbalance and aggravated pitta in the anal region. Let’s explore how to manage these effectively.

For relief from anus spasms, you should consider starting with warm sitz baths. These can provide significant relaxation and relief. Soak in warm water several times a day, particularly after bowel movements, to ease muscle spasms.

Triphala powder, a well-known Ayurvedic remedy, helps in softening the stools, easing bowel movements and reducing strain on the anal passage. Take half to one teaspoon of Triphala churna with warm water before bed for best results.

For Grade 3 internal piles, use Ayurvedic formulation like Arshkuthar Ras, which aids in reducing piles and is known to mitigate symptoms. Dosage should ideally be discussed with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner, as it could interact with your specific conditions or any ongoing medication.

In terms of dietary adjustments, a high-fiber diet can prevent constipation –include plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables along with adequate hydration. Warm, cooked foods are generally more vata-pacifying; avoid cold, dry, or processed foods that might aggravate your condition. Ghee, which is tridoshic, can be added to reduce inflammation and soothe the anal region.

Applying a medicated Ayurvedic oil like Jatyadi Taila locally can reduce burning sensation and promote healing. Apply this oil gently around affected area twice a day.

Additionally, stress can make these conditions worse, so practicing pranayama such as anulom vilom (alternate nostril breathing) may be beneficial to keep vata in check. Ensure to perform these exercises in a calm place daily.

If symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional without delay, as severe piles may require surgical intervention. Integrating these practices may help in soothing the discomfort but remember that consistency is key in Ayurveda.
