I have already tried Ayurvedic meds from kottak Ayurveda. Some of those tabs were course and difficult to swallow and hurt my throat. So what’s the point in taking both Ayurvedic and allopathic meds at the same time? Don’t understand your logic. None the less, thanks for your advise.

Ok NO PROBLEM sir understand WHEN YOUR sugar leval normal Than slove your problem So you can absolutely take medicine for diabetes either allopathy or ayurvedic

Fasting sugar: 180 mg/dL (High – normal should be <100) HbA1c: 9% (Poor control – ideal is <7%) Since this has been for more than 6 months, this is uncontrolled diabetes, and the burning + numbness in feet suggests diabetic neuropathy. 🔎 What Is Happening? 1️⃣ Type 2 Diabetes Type 2 Diabetes is a condition where the body cannot properly use insulin, leading to high blood sugar. High sugar for long time damages: Nerves (neuropathy) Kidneys Eyes Heart Your burning feet is a classic sign of nerve damage. 2️⃣ Diabetic Neuropathy Diabetic neuropathy causes: Burning sensation in feet Numbness Tingling Electric shock type pain This happens due to long-term high glucose. ❓ Is There a Cure? 👉 Short answer: Type 2 diabetes is usually not permanently cured, but it can be very well controlled — and sometimes reversed in early stages. But with HbA1c of 9% and neuropathy symptoms: ⚠️ You need proper treatment immediately. 🚨 Important: You Should Not Avoid Medicines With HbA1c 9%, diet alone is usually not enough. You may need: Metformin (first-line medicine) Possibly additional medicine or insulin (temporary if needed) If ignored, complications may worsen. 🩺 What You Should Do Now 1️⃣ Get These Tests Postprandial sugar Kidney function test Lipid profile Vitamin B12 (important for neuropathy) 2️⃣ For Burning Feet (Neuropathy) Medical Treatment Doctors may prescribe: Pregabalin Methylcobalamin Alpha lipoic acid 3️⃣ Lifestyle Changes (Very Important) Diet Stop sugar, sweets, cold drinks Reduce rice & refined flour Increase: Multigrain roti Lauki, tinda, karela Salad before meals Soaked almonds Walking 30–45 min brisk walk daily Post-meal 10 min slow walk 4️⃣ Ayurvedic Support (As you are from Ayurveda background) For TRIPT AYURVEDA practice understanding: In Ayurveda, this condition resembles: Madhumeha Vata dominance (neuropathy) Supportive herbs: Gudmar Vijaysar Nishamalaki Chandraprabha vati Ashwagandha (for nerve support) ⚠️ But do NOT stop modern medicine suddenly. 🎯 Realistic Goal In 3–6 months: Bring HbA1c below 7% Fasting below 120 Reduce burning symptoms ❗ Very Important Warning Signs See doctor urgently if: Sudden vision changes Foot wounds not healing Severe numbness Chest pain
