Manasamitram vatakam contains herbs and minerals. So many ingredients are present. Ayurvedic purification and incineration methods are used for bhasma preparations. So don’t worry about usage. Swarna bhasma in very small quantity is included in this. It is used for neurological and rejuvenation property.
