Yes it’s reversible through lifestyle modification and some Ayurvedic preparations. Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation and. All the causes you mentioned are major factors for ill health. Definitely reversible only if you switch to a healthy lifestyle. Do not take any drugs without prescription avoid drug abuse. First step of treatment is “Nidana parivarjan” - Basically to avoid the factors which harm you.
