How should we take care of headaches caused due to lack/improper of sleep? When due to headache you can't sleep now, creating such a loop? Often I suffer with this and end up feeling nausea, and feeling and feeling feverish? How should one take care?

—Your headache is likely due to lack of proper sleep. First try to rest in a quiet, dark room, drink plenty of water, and apply a cold compress to the forehead or neck. –Diagnosis: Nidra-abhava janya Shirashoola (Headache due to lack of sleep) ----Rx: -Tab. Godanti Bhasma – 250 mg BD after food with lukewarm water × 5 days -Tab. Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tab BD after food × 5 days -Brahmi Vati – 1 tab at night with lukewarm water × 7 days -Anu Taila Nasya – 2 drops in each nostril in morning × 5 days —Advice (Pathya): Proper sleep (7–8 hrs) Avoid late-night screen use Take light diet, good hydration Gentle head massage with oil before sleep ----Follow-up: after 5–7 days or earlier if symptoms worsen.
