Never start any medicine only bases of indication or contraindications. I can tell u that who have to take or not…but in that bases if u are thinking to take it…then just avoid it…bcz it depends on person to person so alwz use under doctor guidance ----Arjunaarist को रोज़ाना 15–20 ml, 1–2 बार, 1–3 महीने तक लिया जा सकता है। लेने वाले: दिल कमजोर, थकान या कमजोरी वाले मरीज। न लेने वाले: गर्भवती, स्तनपान कराने वाली, गंभीर ब्लड प्रेशर/किडनी/लीवर रोग वाले या एलर्जी वाले। अगर कोई परेशानी हो तो तुरंत रोक दें।”

Arjunarishta (Patanjali ya kisi bhi brand ka) heart-supportive tonic maana jata hai, lekin ise sahi duration aur indication ke saath lena zaruri hai. aam taur par: 6–12 weeks (1.5–3 mahine) chronic heart support ke liye: doctor ki salah se 3–6 mahine tak beech me 2–4 hafte ka gap dena better hota hai agar long term lena ho dose: 15–20 ml + equal paani, din me 2 baar, khane ke baad ye logon me faydemand hota hai: heart weakness / low cardiac strength mild BP issues (supportive, primary treatment nahi) palpitations (dhadkan tez lagna) stress-induced heart symptoms post-illness recovery (heart toning ke liye) kin logon ko nahi dena chahiye (ya caution) bahut low BP (hypotension) wale acute heart emergency (heart attack, severe chest pain) → emergency care chahiye gastritis / acidity zyada ho (arishta thoda acidic hota hai) pregnancy me bina salah ke nahi alcohol sensitivity (kyunki arishta me self-generated alcohol hota hai, very mild) aapke case ke hisaab se age 41–60, overall health good → preventive heart tonic ke roop me le sakte hain lekin agar koi major heart disease nahi hai, to short course (6–8 weeks) kaafi hai
