Ashwagandha shuru karne ke liye sahi matra aur tarika follow karna zaroori hai, taki sharir use achhe se absorb kare aur fayda mile. Shuruaat kam matra se karein aur dheere dheere badhayein. Isse body ko adapt hone ka time milta hai. Aapka goal energy improve karna hai, to ise poshan aur stress balance dono ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai. Din me ek fixed routine banana helpful rahega. Raat ko lena zyada beneficial hota hai kyunki yeh sharir ko relax karke recovery me help karta hai. Agar din me stress zyada ho to subah bhi liya ja sakta hai. Ghar par ise garam doodh ke saath lena best mana jata hai. Agar doodh suit nahi karta to warm water ke saath bhi le sakte hain. Ashwagandha churna – shuruaat me ½ teaspoon raat ko garam doodh ke saath 7–10 din baad ise 1 teaspoon tak badha sakte hain agar body easily tolerate kare Avadhi (duration) – kam se kam 6–8 hafte tak continue karein, phir assessment karein Yeh energy, strength aur stress management me dheere dheere madad karega.
