Diabetes Is not about sugar consumption but is about how your body utilise and manage blood glucose. At 130 140 sugar level it’s manageable. It’s all about daily routine which include diet and exercise and stress level. In diet avoid packed or processed food,cold water,potato,curd,milk,Parathas,Bread,sugary cereals. Can have buttermilk with cumin and rock salt. Take green tea or ginger tea(no milk/sugar) have light meals more like veg soup,daliya,moong/masoor chilla, roasted Makhana/chana. Bitter is better.
