Aapke symptoms (pet fulna, left side discomfort, constipation) digestion weak hone ki taraf indicate karte hain. Is age me yeh common hai, lekin ignore nahi karna chahiye. Livokot lena safe hai, lekin sirf usse poora relief nahi milega jab tak digestion aur bowel regular nahi hota. Sabse pehle diet sudhaarna zaroori hai: Heavy, oily, fried aur gas banane wali cheezein avoid karein. Garam, halka aur easily digestible khana lein. Raat ko heavy food na lein. Roz subah garam paani peena start karein. Din me thoda thoda karke paani lete rahein. Fiber (sabzi, fruit) badhayein. Ghar par: Khane se pehle chhota sa adrak + namak le sakte hain. Raat ko sone se pehle 1 glass garam doodh me 1 tsp ghee lena constipation me madad karega. * Avipattikar tablet – 1 tablet twice daily before food * Hingwashtak churna – pinch with first bite of food * Triphala tablet – 1 tablet at bedtime Yeh digestion improve karega, gas aur constipation ko control karega. Hello, Your symptoms (upper abdominal fullness,dull pain, discomfort on left side, constipation), suggest in Ayurveda a vata imbalance with weak digestion and gas accumulation Since your symptoms are recent (1-4 weeks) and moderate, this can usually be managed well with proper digestion focused treatment Internal medications 1) Hinguvachadi gulika= 1 tab twice daily after meals with warm water =hels gas, bloating, upper abdominal discomfort 2) Dadimashtaka churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water twice daily after meals =improves digestion and reduces heaviness 3) Triphala tablets= 2 tabs at night with warm water =for constipation The tablet you are taking Livokot supports the liver but your symptoms are more related to gas and digestion, so above medicines will hel Diet most important -start day with warm water EAT -light, warm, freshly cooked meals -moong dal, khichdi, vegetable soups Avoid -cold foods, fridge items -fried/heavy food -taking milk with calcium at night (can increase bloating in some people) Lifestyle -walk 10-15 minutes after meals -avoid late night eating -keep bowels regular (don’t ignore constipation) -you can apply warm compress on abdomen for relief Expected improvement -3-7 days= bloating and gas reduce -2-3 weeks= pain and digestion improve This looks like a gas + constipation + weak digestion issue, not.a serious disease at this stage. with proper digestion focused care, you should see good improvement Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Hello, namaste! 60 वर्ष की आयु में पेट का फूलना (bloating) और बाईं ओर (left side) बेचैनी होना आमतौर पर ‘Vata Dosha’ के असंतुलन और मंदाग्नि (कमजोर पाचन) का संकेत है। ​चूंकि आप Livokot (लिवोकोट) ले रहे हैं, यह लिवर फंक्शन के लिए तो अच्छा है, लेकिन आपकी गैस और भारीपन के लिए आपको पाचन दीपन दवाओं की आवश्यकता है। ​ ​आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, आपकी समस्या ‘Anaha’ (bloating) और ‘Gulma’ (gas accumulation) से मिलती-जुलती है। 60 की उम्र में शरीर में वायु बढ़ती है। कैल्शियम पाउडर को दूध में डालकर रात में लेना कभी-कभी भारी हो सकता है और कब्ज या गैस पैदा कर सकता है। ​Kerala Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage ​ Prescription : 1. ​Dasamoolarishtam: यह वात को शांत करता है और पाचन सुधारता है। इसे 15-20 ml बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ दिन में दो बार खाना खाने के बाद लें। 2. ​Gandharvahasthadi Castor Oil: अगर पेट बहुत कड़ा रहता है, तो रात को सोते समय 1 चम्मच (5-10 ml) आधा कप गर्म पानी या दूध के साथ लें। यह पेट साफ करने में मदद करेगा। 3. ​Hinguvachadi Gulika: यह गैस और बाईं ओर के दर्द के लिए बेहतरीन है। 1 गोली सुबह और 1 गोली शाम को खाना खाने से पहले गुनगुने पानी के साथ चबाकर या निगल कर लें। ​ ​आप चोट वाली जगह पर Ksheerabala Thailam से हल्के हाथ से मालिश करें, इससे दर्द में आराम मिलेगा। ​ चूंकि आपको बाईं ओर दर्द है, कृपया एक बार अपने डॉक्टर से मिलकर physical examination करवा लें ताकि किसी भी तरह के ‘Hernia’ या ‘Spleen’ संबंधी समस्या को रूल-आउट किया जा सके। ​परहेज: कच्चा सलाद, ठंडी चीजें और राजमा/छोले जैसी भारी दालें अभी न खाएं। हमेशा गुनगुना पानी पिएं।
