आपका केस क्रॉनिक माइग्रेन का है जिसमें दवा बंद करते ही दर्द वापस आ रहा है—आयुर्वेद में इसे मुख्यतः अर्धावभेदक (Ardhavbhedak) और वात-पित्त दोष असंतुलन से जोड़ा जाता है, साथ में आपका पाचन कमजोर (अग्नि मंद) होना भी बड़ा कारण है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार 1. मूल कारण पर काम (Root treatment) अग्नि सुधारें: सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी + 4-5 बूंद नींबू भोजन हल्का, समय पर लें — तेल, मसाले, पैकेज्ड फूड कम करें 2. औषधि पथ्यादि काढ़ा – 15 ml + पानी, दिन में 2 बार शिरःशूलादि वज्र रस – 1 गोली, दिन में 2 बार ब्राह्मी वटी – 1-1 गोली सुबह-शाम जरूरत पर गौदंती भस्म (दर्द में राहत) 3. पंचकर्म नस्य (नाक में औषधि तेल) – अनुतैल रोज 2-2 बूंद शिरोधारा – मानसिक तनाव व माइग्रेन में श्रेष्ठ 4. दिनचर्या (Lifestyle) रोज 7 घंटे नींद स्क्रीन टाइम कम करें रोज 10–15 मिनट प्राणायाम (अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी) ज्यादा मानसिक तनाव से बचें
