It is prepared with Bala (Sida cordifolia), which literally translates to “strength,” along with sesame oil and cow’s milk. •​Benefits: It acts as a powerful Nervine Tonic (Majja Dhatu Poshak). It helps repair damaged nerve pathways, reduces muscle wasting, and improves sensory-motor coordination, which is vital for her balance. 2.Mahamasha Taila ​Why it works: The primary ingredient is Masha (black gram), which is classically used in Ayurveda for treating wasting, hemiplegia, and muscular weakness. ••​Benefits: This is a heavy, highly nourishing oil. It is specific for Mamsa Dhatu (muscle tissue) nourishment. It helps relieve post-stroke muscle flaccidity, builds bulk, and helps her legs bear weight more stably.
