Patient is cardiac arrest due to brain injury impression.. extensive gyriform areas of ristrcted diffusion involving bilateral frontal,temporoparietal and occipital cortex with effacement of the sulci in vicinity and ADC drop associated with subtle risticted diffusion involving bilateral lentiform nuclie,head of caudate nuclei and corresponding mild ADC drop - suggestive of acute hypoxic insult Diffuse cerebral edima. No evidence of significantmass effect or mid line shift No evidence of hydrocephalus

This MRI suggests a severe hypoxic brain injury (brain damage due to lack of oxygen after cardiac arrest) with cerebral swelling. This is a critical ICU condition, and treatment mainly depends on intensive emergency care and neurological monitoring. Current focus is: Maintaining oxygen and blood circulation Control of brain swelling ICU/neurology and critical care management Monitoring recovery of brain function and vital organs Ayurvedic medicines are not appropriate at this acute stage and should not delay emergency treatment.
