In modern medicine, “adrenal fatigue” is not an official diagnosis, but chronic stress can absolutely affect the nervous system, hormones, sleep, immunity, and digestion. In Ayurveda, this often resembles depletion of Ojas, aggravated Vata, and weak Agni. –A gentle, steady rebuilding approach usually works better than aggressive detoxes or stimulants. -----rx 1) Ashwagandha Churna 3 gm with warm milk at night 2) Brahmi Vati 1 tab twice daily after meals 3) Shatavari Churna 3 gm twice daily with milk 4) Chyawanprash 1 tsp morning with lukewarm milk —Advice Warm fresh food, ghee, khichdi, soaked almonds/raisins Avoid stress, fasting, cold food, excess tea/coffee Sleep before 10:30 pm Daily Anulom Vilom + Bhramari 10 min —Duration 6 weeks regularly.
