Nishamalaki churna is a simple combination of two effective Ayurvedic herbs – Amla and turmeric in equal parts. It is used in management of pre diabetes and diabetes.
Nishamalaki Churna benefits –
Helps to maintain blood sugar levels
Helps to relieve urticaria and allergic skin manifestations.
Nishamlaki churna dose:
2 – 3 grams once or two times a day before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
Nishamalaki Churna Ingredients:
Amla – Emblica officinalis
Haridra – Turmeric – Curcuma longa
The fine powder of these two ingredients are taken seperately and mixed uniformly to get the powder.
Side effects:
There are no side effects, since both the ingredients are used in household cooking.
