Amalaka Rasayana, Amalaki is called a rasayana dravya where rasayana means ‘rejuvenating & revitalizing’
It effectively controls "Vertigo" and checks "Hypertension." It is a good vitaliser for old people. It is very useful in nausea, vomiting, heart' burn and burning sensation in the extremitites. It is useful in anaemia and heart diseases.
