The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Rymanyl Capsule. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. 
Stomach irritation
Ulcers
Perforation of the stomach or intestines
Constipation
Diarrhea
Gas
Heartburn
Nausea
Vomiting
Dizziness
Dosage:
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day.
Children between 7-12 years: 1 capsule twice a day.

Do's

4) Barley, Horse gram and long gourd are recommended.
5) Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath.

 2) Avoid rice, pulses, sour things including and fried things
 3) Avoid exposure to cold, wind or rain.
 4) Avoid taking bath with cold water, consumption of ice-cold water.
 5) Avoid going to bed immediately after meals.
 6) Avoid day time sleeping, non-vegetarian food recipes.
 7) Avoid spending sleepless nights and suppression of natural gas.
