Dosage:
• Pudin Hara Active
Adults- Dilute 15 to 20 drops in a glass of water
Children- Dilute 5 to 10 drops in a glass of water
• Pudin Hara Pearls
Adults- 1 Pearl 2-3 times a day
Children- 1 Pearl once a day (not recommended for children below 12 yrs of age)
