It is traditional siddha formulation for backpain and joint discomfort. This preparation was used by sages for relief of rheumatic symptoms and stiffness. It is made with sesame oil, castor oil, tamarind, rock salt and medicated Karpasa sthayi. The consistency was pasty and viscous. It balance Vata and Kapha and helps to manage frozen shoulder, spinal deformities, arthropathies. It are applied topically by gentle abhyanga to cure oedema and loss of mobility.
