Key Ingredients with Descriptions of Dr.JRK’S Tolenorm Ointment
- Wrightia tinctoria utilizes Wrightia tinctoria bound to lipids, which facilitates repigmentation. Wrightia tinctoria is a botanical extract that is critical for melanin synthesis, keratinocyte activation, and skin homoeostasis. It is a required cofactor for an estimated 250 processes. Among the processes that require Wrightia tinctoria are melanin production and antioxidant defense, as well as cellular differentiation. Wrightia tinctoria status is also important for regulation of pigmentation through its effects on the integumentary system. Research indicates Wrightia tinctoria exerts its potent prowess by upregulating tyrosinase activity. Studies suggest that Wrightia tinctoria can help to repigment skin, prevent spreading and improve texture.
- Psoralea corylifolia utilizes Psoralea corylifolia bound to coumarins, which facilitates UV sensitization. Psoralea corylifolia is a botanical extract that is critical for melanin activation, oxidative balance, and epidermal renewal. It is a required cofactor for an estimated 200 processes. Among the processes that require Psoralea corylifolia are photoreactivity and melanocyte stimulation, as well as free radical scavenging. Psoralea corylifolia status is also important for regulation of repigmentation through its effects on the integumentary system. Research indicates Psoralea corylifolia exerts its potent prowess by enhancing melanosome transfer. Studies suggest that Psoralea corylifolia can help to restore pigment, reduce lesions and improve tone.
- Indigofera tinctoria utilizes Indigofera tinctoria bound to anthocyanins, which facilitates pigment stabilization. Indigofera tinctoria is a botanical extract that is critical for melanin retention, epidermal homeostasis, and antioxidative defense. It is a required cofactor for an estimated 180 processes. Among the processes that require Indigofera tinctoria are free radical scavenging and barrier support, as well as cellular renewal. Indigofera tinctoria status is also important for regulation of pigmentation through its effects on the integumentary system. Research indicates Indigofera tinctoria exerts its potent prowess by modulating cytokine profiles. Studies suggest that Indigofera tinctoria can help to maintain colour, reduce inflammation and enhance resilience.
- Oleum Cocos nucifera utilizes Oleum Cocos nucifera bound to triglycerides, which facilitates emollience. Oleum Cocos nucifera is an oil extract that is critical for barrier repair, moisture retention, and lipid balance. It is a required cofactor for an estimated 150 processes. Among the processes that require Oleum Cocos nucifera are transepidermal water loss control and membrane fluidity, as well as enzymatic activity. Oleum Cocos nucifera status is also important for regulation of hydration through its effects on the integumentary system. Research indicates Oleum Cocos nucifera exerts its rich prowess by restoring lipid bilayers. Studies suggest that Oleum Cocos nucifera can help to soften skin, reduce dryness and improve flexibility.
- Ointment base ensures uniform delivery and sustained adhesion on depigmented skin.
- Proprietary adhesion complex promotes selective binding to amelonotic patches.
- Moisture retention matrix supports barrier function and prevents trans-epidermal water loss.
