Last month, I caught a virus that left me feeling drained for weeks. It started with fever, body aches, and a sore throat, but even after the main symptoms went away, I still felt extremely weak and tired. My digestion has also been off since then, and I keep getting random headaches. The doctor said it’s normal for some viral infections to leave lasting effects, but I don’t want to feel like this forever. I’ve been looking into Ayurveda to see if there are natural ways to recover from a virus faster and prevent future infections. I know that Ayurveda focuses on strengthening immunity from the inside rather than just treating symptoms. Are there specific herbs or remedies that can help the body fight a virus more effectively? Also, does Ayurveda have detox therapies to remove lingering effects of a virus from the system? I also want to know if diet plays a role in post-viral recovery.
