Stiffness in fingers joints can't bend fingers,no swelling but pain in joint, RA negative rheumatoid arthritis ESR is high for 7 years old pls suggest any remedy for her.. how to decrease ESR value and inflammation in the body

Rx:

1. Guduchi (Giloy) Satva – 250 mg once daily with warm water or honey.

2. Dashmool Kwath – 5–10 ml once daily with water.

3. Maha Yograj Guggulu – ¼ tablet once daily, crushed and mixed with honey or warm water.

For Local Application: To reduce inflammation, soak the fingers in warm water infused with Tankan Bhasma.
