Not able to eat properly - #21689

I have liver blotting + inflammation in throat and acid in chest due to this I am not able to eat properly and my weight is drastically down. When it all started whenever I try to eat one piece of roti , I starts vomiting

Amla can be consumed in powder form mixed with warm water, preferably on an empty stomach, which might help with liver health and Pitta balance. Similarly, Aloe Vera juice can be taken early in the morning to support liver function.

Diet modification is key here. Lean towards a Pitta-soothing diet, avoiding spicy, oily, and excessively salty foods. Opt for cooling foods such as cucumbers, melons, and greens like spinach, which can help bring down inflammation. Have your meals warm but not hot, and ensure they are easily digestible. Khichdi (a mixture of rice and lentils) is great as it’s soothing and light on the system.

Consider practicing Pranayama (breath control exercises), with a focus on cooling breaths like Sheetali or Sheetkari. These techniques can help both stress reduction and digestive health.

Prioritize rest and avoid strenuous activities that could worsen the inflammation and acid imbalance. Given the severity of your symptoms, I urge consulting a healthcare professional for a comprehensive evaluation. Severe weight loss and persistent vomiting requires professional medical attention promptly.
