I am really curious about giloy ghanvati benefits because my friend keeps raving about it! Last month, I got hit with a nasty cold that just wouldn't go away, and while I was recovering, she suggested trying giloy ghanvati. I didn't really understand what it was at first, but I started taking it, and I think it helped a bit.
