I am really confused about how to use giloy. I’ve heard so many great things about it, especially for boosting immunity but honestly, I don't even know where to start. Last month, I had this awful cold that lasted forever. Friends kept telling me, "Try giloy!" but I just kept pushing it off. Eventually, my mom gave me some powdered giloy she bought from an herbal store, but she didn’t really tell me how to use it properly. I mixed a teaspoon in water once, and the taste was kinda gross, lol. I read online that you can take it with other herbs?? Or even honey? Ugh, it’s a bit overwhelming. Should I take it daily? And like, what about the dosage? Is there a specific time that’s better to take it? Also, do any of you guys know if there are any side effects? I just wanna do things right but I’m feeling lost with all the info out there. Any advice on how to use giloy effectively would be super appreciated!
