Siddha drishti se, aapke digestive agni (pachan agni) ko majboot karna jaroori h. Iske liye, hirday-dhaatu (blood circulation) ko acha karein aur nadi shuddhi par zor den. Triphala churna, neem aur ashwagandha ka sevan kar sakte hain madhyam matra mein, lekin kisi vaidya se sampark karna better hoga.
