From your history, it seems that despite using conventional antihelmentics like albendazole and ivermectin as well as Ayurvedic medicines such as abhyadi modak and Kirin kutarcrasa the worms have continued persist and migrate. This suggest that there may be deep seated parasitic infestation possibly associated with Ama accumulation and digestive imbalance and compromised tissue immunity Worms that migrate to tissues or neural regions are difficult to eradicate with a single modality and require comprehensive detoxifying, digestive, stimulating and tissue purifying approach Take vidangasava 4 teaspoon with equal quantity of water twice daily after meals Chitrakadi vati -1 tablet to be cured three times daily after food Triphala churna-1 teaspoon with warm water at night Giloy tab tablet twice daily after food with warm water Yasthimadhu tea -once daily

A short course of mild Panchakarma procedures such as virechana may help in expanding deep-seated worms, especially associated with AMA. This should be done under proper supervision.

Take warm water with honey and ginger in morning Apply Nemo or turmeric based on affected skin areas, which may relieve irritation and burning For itching, burning and crawling sensation on the skin, you can use coconut oil or oil For nose, year and eye irritation, local cleansing with warm Sal or rosewater is enough

Avoid raw or undercooked food, Unclean water Eat light, easily, digestible, warm food Maintain proper ID for wedding clothing and personal cleaning, especially during night If symptoms, persist, blood test, stool, test, imaging, or even dermatological assessment may be required to ensure there is no secondary infection or systemic complication Do not use Kirin kitacrasa for long, can stress the liver and digestive system

Dealing with persistent parasitic infections can certainly be frustrating. Given that you’ve already tried a range of conventional and alternative treatments, it’s important first to ensure this is not an urgent condition needing conventional medical attention. Since you’ve experienced nerve pain and other symptoms, consulting a medical professional for a thorough examination should be a priority.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, worms or krimi can be linked to imbalances in your doshas, particularly when your digestive fire, or agni, is weak. Typically, these cases involve an imbalance in the kapha and vata doshas. Here are some tailored suggestions to improve your condition:

1. Strengthen Digestive Fire (Agni): Focus on increasing your digestive fire with herbs such as pippali (long pepper) and trikatu (a combination of ginger, black pepper, and pippali). Consider taking pippali churna (powder) with honey in small doses after food.

2. Dietary Adjustments: Avoid foods that are cold, heavy, oily, or naturally sweet as they can aggravate kapha. Emphasize warm, lightly spiced, and easily digestible foods. Ingredients like ajwain (carom seeds), garlic, and turmeric can help cleanse the system.

3. Daily Routine Changes: Following a balanced daily routine that includes regular meal times and adequate rest can benefit. Avoid sleeping during the day, which can increase kapha, leading to a deeper imbalance.

4. Herbal Remedies: Continue with anthelmintic herbs like vidanga (embelia ribes) known for its efficacy in treating krimi. Further, neem and tulsi can also be part of your routine for their detoxifying properties.

5. Panchakarma Consultation: Consider undergoing Panchakarma treatment under the supervision a qualified practitioner. Procedures like virechana (therapeutic purgation) and basti (medicated enema) may offer relief by expelling toxins and balancing doshas.

Consistency in dietary and lifestyle modifications is important. Also, closely monitor symptoms and seek medical care if your symptoms progress or become severe. Parasites should be addressed comprehensively for long-lasting relief.

Persistent symptoms like those you’re experiencing indicate the issue may require direct medical intervention beyond traditional remedies. In Siddha-Ayurveda, persistent worm infestations or symptoms like yours might be linked to an aggravated Pitta or Kapha dosha, which disturb the balance of agni (digestive fire) and lead to such conditions.

It’s essential first to have a thorough assessment for any underlying conditions. Until you’re able to consult with a specialized healthcare provider in person for diagnostic tests, here are some Siddha-Ayurvedic steps you might try to support your system:

1. Digestive Fire (Agni) Enhancement: Agni plays a crucial role in eliminating unwanted organisms. Consider incorporating natural Agni-enhancing substances like ginger, black pepper, or Trikatu churna to meals to strengthen digestion. Consume a small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt before meals.

2. Dietary Adjustments: Avoid excessive sugary or processed foods as they may promote worm growth. Opt for warm, freshly prepared meals that are easy to digest.

3. Herbal Remedies: While Krimi Kuthara Ras and Vidangasava are beneficial for combatting worms, you might further support the process with Triphala at night for bowel regularity and detoxification.

4. Nasal Cleansing: Practicing Neti (nasal cleansing with saline solution) might relieve some cranial discomfort by clearing the nasal passages. Proceed with caution and consult a practitioner if unsure about the technique.

5. Consultation with Healthcare Provider: Due to the complexity and persistence of your symptoms, professional advice is necessary in case of a resistant or atypical infestation, and you might require diagnostic imaging or labs.

Ensure you seek timely medical advice to mitigate potential complications.
