मैं 22 साल की एक लड़की हूं अभी मेरी शादी नहीं हुई है मेरे लीवर में इंफेक्शन हो गया है और मुझे टाइफाइड बुखार है और पीलिया भी हो गया है मैंने गुड हेल्थ से कैप्सूल और न्यूट्री बेटा सिरप लिया था उसको छोड़ने के बाद मुझे यह सब बीमारियां हो गई है मुझे भूख भी नहीं लगती है और ना ही मैं भारी कम कर पाती हूं मुझे हमेशा थकान महसूस होती है और कभी-कभी मेरे पेट में दर्द भी शुरू हो जाता है
